Job Description

We are a growing fire sprinkler subcontractor committed to delivering high-quality fire protection systems in commercial construction projects. Our team is driven, collaborative, and focused on safety, precision, and timely delivery.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management and estimating teams. In this role, you will help streamline project workflows, manage bid delegation, track project progress, and ensure plans and documentation are submitted accurately and on time. You will be an integral part of leading projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delegation and tracking of incoming bids to estimators

Monitor and report on project milestones, deadlines, and progress

Submit project plans, submittals, and other documentation through platforms such as Procore, Building Connected, and Bluebeam

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure deadlines are met

Maintain organized digital files for all active and closed projects

Assist with scheduling and communication between project managers, field staff, and general contractors

Support the preparation of change orders, RFIs, and other project communications

Help drive efficient workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of project operations
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn project platforms such as Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, and Procore

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines

Previous experience in construction, fire protection, or subcontractor coordination is a plus but not required

High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, PDF markup tools, project management systems)
Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Familiarity with fire suppression systems or construction project processes

Experience submitting building plans to municipalities and scheduling inspections

Experience working with general contractors and construction bid documentation
